¿Qué se necesitará?

• Cinta de regalo gris
• Pincel
¿Cómo se hará?
Esta actividad se puede realizar en tres sesiones de media hora cada una, aproximadamente, trabajando con todo el grupo.
Modelar un churro de barro blanco, aplanarlo y colocar el hilo en el centro, de manera que sobresalga un extremo.
Enrollar el barro para que el hilo quede dentro.
Hacer líneas en la vela de barro. Dejar secar.
Consejos
• Modelar barro blanco. Este material se seca mucho más rápido que el barro tradicional. Por eso, hay que recordar a lo niños que deben trabajar rápido para conseguir la forma deseada antes de que se seque.También es posible ir humedeciendo el barro con un poco de agua.
• Colocar hilo. El hilo sólo debe sobresalir por un extremo de la vela y el resto ha de quedar en su interior.
• Pegar globos. Hay que extender una capa abundante de pegamento en barra por toda la cara de la cartulina que se desea cubrir y colocar encima los trocitos de globos, presionando suavemente con los dedos.
• Recortar tarjeta. Aunque no se les dé la medida del rectángulo que van a recortar, los niños deben saber que no puede ser demasiado grande para que la vela pueda aguantar
Orientaciones didácticas
Conversar sobre las fiestas de cumpleaños y sobre la importancia de compartir un buen rato con los amigos, más allá de los regalos.
Trabajar el valor de la amistad.
Dialogar sobre otros valores y actitudes que se derivan de una fiesta o de cualquier acto social: tolerancia, respeto, comunicación, diversión, etc.
Fomentar la motricidad fina recortando, punzando y modelando barro.
Repasar los colores a partir de las pinturas que se usan y de los globos, y realizar series y agrupaciones con estos últimos.
Sesion 1:
Preparar para cada niño:
• Barro blanco
• Un trozo de hilo blanco
• Un palillo
Modelar un churro de barro blanco, aplanarlo y colocar el hilo en el centro, de manera que sobresalga un extremo.

Preparar para cada mesa:
• Recipientes con pintura roja y verde
• Pinceles
Pintar la vela con franjas rojas y verdes, dejando el extremo po donde sobresale el hilo sin pintar.
Sesion 3:
Preparar para cada niño:
• La vela de barro preparada en las sesiones anteriores
• Cinta de regalo gris
• Globos de colores
• Tijeras
• Cartulina gris
• Pegamento en barra
• Punzón
• Felpa
Recortar un rectángulo pequeño de cartulina gris y doblarlo por la mitad.
Recortar los globos de colores en trocitos pequeños
Pegar los trodtos de globos en una cara de la tarjeta de cartulina y punzar un agujero en la otra cara.
Pasar un trozo de cinta de regalo gris por el agujero de la tarjeta y atarla alrededor de la vela de barro.
