DEFINICION: Se trata de intentar derribar al adversario sin ser derribado antes.
OBJETIVOS: Juego de resistencia física.
PARTICIPANTES: Grupo, clase,…. a partir de 11- 12 años.
MATERIALES : Una cuerda.
Los contendientes de pie, mirándose uno al oro, en una línea recta indicadas con una cuerda extendida sobre el piso.
Sin mover sus pies de los lugares donde están, ellos deben boxear utilizando las palmas de las manos e intentando hacer que el otro pierda el equilibrio. El jugador que pierda el equilibrio es el perdedor.
