DEFINICION: Se trata de intentar derribar al adversario sin ser derribado antes.
OBJETIVOS: Juego de resistencia física.
PARTICIPANTES: Grupo, clase,…. a partir de 11- 12 años.
Las rodillas de cada uno frente a las del otro compañero tocándose entre sí, las manso a la espalda.
Proceden a tocar contra el oponente a fin de que este pierda el equilibrio, deben usarse solamente los hombros para tal fin.
