Lucha india con la pierna

DEFINICION: Se trata de intentar derribar al adversario sin ser derribado antes.
OBJETIVOS: Juego de resistencia física.
PARTICIPANTES: Grupo, clase,…. a partir de 11- 12 años.
Los dos contendientes se acuestan boca arriba totalmente sobre el suelo, juntos entre sí: pero con sus piernas y cabezas en direcciones opuestas.
A la señal indicada cada uno levanta la pierna que queda junto a su compañero y la pone en posición vertical. A una segunda señal, él tratará de trabar su pierna con al de su compañero y con la presión que aplica, dar vueltas al contrario.
