Torciendo la estaca

DEFINICION: Se trata de intentar derribar al adversario sin ser derribado antes.
OBJETIVOS: Juego de resistencia física.
PARTICIPANTES: Grupo, clase,…. a partir de 11- 12 años.
Los contendientes de pie, mirándose uno a otro con los brazos horizontales y al frente, atrapando una estaca con las dos manos de cada uno.
A una señal ellos tratarán de dar vueltas a la estaca uno para un lado, y el otro para otro a fin de torcer las manos del oponente.
