Transmitir A LOS participantes un conjunto de herramientas que ayuden Alcanzar:

una Responsabilidad Al identificarse como protagonistas del cambio en su Interrelación con el medio, y un

Compromiso desde la acción, lo correcto para que no quede como una mera expresión intelectual, sino que se viabilice através de Medidas concretas VINCULADAS a la actividad física y una mejor calidad de vida.
