Botar la botella

MATERIALES : 1 botella plástica, unas 5 bolas de papel u otro material liviano, no duro.
DESARROLLO: Se forman dos círculos concéntricos, el menor de +-3 metros de radio y el mayor de +-5 metros de radio. En el espacio formado por los dos círculos se coloca el equipo defensor y fuera del círculo mayor se ubica el equipo atacante. El objetivo del juego es que los atacantes traten de botar la botella que se encuentra en el centro del circulo menor, arrojando las bolas (+-5), sin entrar al círculo exterior.
Los defensas deben impedir que esto ocurra usando todo su cuerpo, sin entrar en el círculo interior, tratando de arrojar lo mas lejos posible las bolas que cojan.
