Los jugadores, se dividen en dos equipos y forman dos filas; el primero de cada fila tiene sus manos una pelota. Al iniciarse el juego, los participantes deben pasar la pelota por encima de sus cabezas, de uno en uno, hasta llegar al ultimo de la fila. Este debe colocar la pelota entre las rodillas y avanzar saltando, sin tocarla con las manos, hasta llegar al frente de la fila.
Si la pelota cae, puede levantarla con las manos y volver a iniciar la carrera a los saltos. Gana el equipo que termina primero.
